Beveridge Audio is pleased to announce the G3, Rick Beveridge's re-design of the historic Model 3. The G3's elliptical shape echoes the graceful lines of a sailboat hull. Not accidentally, the design also allows the speaker to be extremely robust and lightweight, given its size.

The G3 made its debut in October 2007, at the Rocky Mountain Audio Fest in Denver, Colorado.

G3 Woofers

Although designed to complement the G3's electrostatic line sources, the G3 woofers are also available separately. They feature:

  • Transmission line design
  • Extremely solid construction
  • 10" aluminum cone drivers (linear motion)
  • lower bound of 28 Hz
  • upper bound of 100-400 Hz, with custom pass/slope
The woofers can be used as discrete sub-reinforcement for Model 2 line sources (eg, 28-60 Hz at 18 dB/octave). They are one of the few, if not the only, sub-woofer designs that have passed the continuous 6 hours "Rolls-Royce" test.
